Mobile Banking via Downloadable Application

The following contains steps for using the mobile banking downloadable application to view account information, pay bills, transfer funds and locate ATM and branch locations.

To Download the Mobile Banking Application

From the text message received after activating the mobile device, select the downloadable application hyperlink. The Application Download page displays. Select “Download Mobile Banking”. Once completed, an icon should display.

To Access Mobile Banking

Select the Mobile Banking Icon on your mobile device.

To View Accounts

Log in to your Mobile Banking using your Online Banking Access ID and Password.
The Main Menu page displays, select “View Accounts”.
The Accounts Details page displays, select “Transaction History” to view history.
The Transactions page displays.
Select “Account Details” to return to the Account Details page.
Select “Log out” to close.

To Pay Bills

Log in to your Mobile Banking using your Online Banking Access ID and Password.
The Main Menu page displays, select “Pay Bills”.

Make a Bill Payment

The Pay a Bill page displays, select “Make a payment”.
The Select a Biller page displays, select appropriate payee.
The Biller Information page displays. The “Do you want to pay this biller” message
displays, verify information and select “Yes”.
The Enter Payment Information page displays, establish the following:
Select the account to debit for the payment
¨ Pay From
Enter the amount of the payment
¨ Amount
Enter the date of the payment
¨ Pay Date
Select “Next”

The Confirm Payment page displays.
The “Do you want to make this payment” message is displayed. Verify and select “Yes”.
The Payment Confirmation page displays.
Select “Back” to return to the payee list.
Select “Menu” to return to Main Menu.

Pay eBills

The Pay a Bill page displays, select “Pay eBills”.
The Select an eBill page displays, select appropriate payee.
The eBill Summary page displays. The “Do you want to pay this eBill” message displays – select, “Yes”.
The Enter Payment Information page displays, establish the following:
Select the account to debit for the payment
¨ Pay From
Enter the amount of the payment
¨ Amount
Enter the date of the payment
¨ Pay Date
Select “Next”
The Confirm Payment page displays.
The “Do you want to make this payment” message is displayed. Verify and select “Yes”.
The Payment Confirmation page displays.
Select “Back” to return to the payee list.
Select “Menu” to return to Main Menu

Change a Bill Payment

Follow the above and select “Change or Cancel Payments” when the Pay a Bill page
displays.
The Select a Payment page displays. Select the bill payment to change.
The Payment Details page displays. Select “Change Pmt”.
The Enter Your Changes page displays. Make the necessary updates and select, “Next”.
The Confirm Changes page displays. The “Do you want to make this payment” message
displays. Verify payment information and select, “Yes”.
Select “Back” to return to payee list.
Select “Menu” to return to Main Menu.

Cancel a Bill Payment

v The Pay a Bill page displays. Select “Change or Cancel Payments”
The Select a Payment page displays, select the bill payment to cancel.
The Payments Details page displays, select “Cancel Pmt”.
The Cancel Bill Payment page displays.
The “Are you sure you want to cancel this payment” message displays, Select “Yes”.
The Cancellation Confirmation page displays.
Select “Back to return to the payee list.
Select “ Menu” to return to the Main Menu.
Select “Log off” to close.

To Transfer Funds

Log in to your Mobile Banking using your Online Banking Access ID and Password.
The Main Menu page displays, select “Transfer Money”.
The Main Menu page displays, select “Transfer Money”.
The Transfer Money page displays, establish the following:
¨ Transfer From Select the account to debit for the transfer
Select the account to credit for the transfer
¨ Transfer To
Enter the amount of the transfer
¨ Amount
Select “Next”. The Transfer Amount page displays, enter amount and select “Next”.
The Confirm Transfer page displays. Select “Yes”.
The Transfer Confirmation page displays.
Select “Menu” to return to the Main Menu.
Select “Log out” to close.

To Locate ATM or Branch Locations

Log in to your Mobile Banking using your Online Banking Access ID and Password.
The Main Menu page displays, select “Find ATM/Branch”.
The ATM & Branch Search page displays.
Select “Search by Address”.
Enter the appropriate search criteria and select “Search”.
The Search Results page displays. Select ATM or branch.
Details for the ATM or branch displays, Select “Map It” for directions.
A map displays the location of the ATM or branch.
Select “Menu” to return to the Main Menu.
Select “Log out” to close.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I download the Mobile Banking App to my phone?
A: During enrollment, you are sent a unique link to the App Store where you can download “Touch Banking”. If you download this app. without enrolling first, the download will not work.
Download “Touch Banking” as you would any other application from the App. Store. After
you download and install the application, you will receive a text message with an activation
link. Click the link to launch the application and go to the Mobile Banking login page.

Q: When I click the link to download Mobile Banking nothing happens, what should I do?
A: Every mobile device and network varies, so you may not be able to download Mobile
Banking to your mobile device. If you are having trouble, contact your mobile service
carrier to make sure your mobile device supports application downloads.
