We’ll simply send you an email when your information is available to view. Reconcile your accounts more quickly and reduce the risk of identity theft. You can view, print and store your documents on your personal computer, when it’s convenient to you!

 

Is There a Charge For This Service?
No, this is a free service that Peoples Bank is offering.

 

What Is Required To Sign Up?

  • A valid and active email address.
  • Personal computer or Mac with printer capability.
  • MS Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator 4.7 or higher with 128-bit encryption.
  • Authorized Peoples Bank Online Banking Access (

    www.pbfco.com
    ) and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or higher.

 

Am I Notified When My Statements Are Available?

Yes, an email will be sent notifying you with a link that may be accessed or simply go to our Peoples Bank Online Banking Service via Peoples Bank website, www.pbfco.com, using your secure Access ID and Password. Your eStatement may then be viewed by clicking on your account (checking and/savings) and then going to “Documents”. There will be 12 months of statement history available.

 

Your Obligation to Review Statements and Cancelled Checks.

It is your obligation to review your statement and cancelled checks and exercise reasonable promptness in examning the eStatement for unauthorized signatures, alterations, forgery, posting errors, etc…The statute of limitations governing these responsibilites will commence at the time the Bank sends you the email notification that your eStatement is available. What Happens If My Printer Breaks Down Or My Email Does Not Work?In the event of equipment failure or email delivery error, you may request a paper copy of your statement at no charge, contact our Bookkeeping Department.

 

What If I Decide To Switch Back to Paper Statements?

Simply send us a written request or visit one of our branch banks. Please allow us 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to implement your request. There are no fees associated with switching back.
